Catalog Item not triggered the Event to send a Notification

Hi,
I have 10 Catalog Items under a category. When I have submitted a catalog item, a request will be created and Notification email is sending to the assignment group members. Particularly for 2 Catalog items, when I have submitted a catalog, the request is created and Notification email is not sending to the assignment group members.
In the backend I have checked the Business rule which is calling the event to send a notification to a Assignment group members. All conditions are perfect. I don't know why it is not sending the notification email to the assignment group members.
Please help me...

Hi, unfortunately your post contains no clear details that would help the community evaluate your issue. If the functionality works correctly for 8 of 10 catalog items then it seems most likely that the issue is with configuration\prerequisites not being met. Have you added any debugging to your BR to confirm that conditions are met, and it runs, or have you just assessed visually? Debug business rules may also help with evaluation.
