I have built a catalog item that uses a flow and has several variables. One of the variables is a quantity field. The flow gets the catalog variables and then has a custom script action that receives the quantity as an input, and then creates a RITM equal to the quantity value. For each RITM, it sets the REQ as the original parent REQ, and the cat_item (Item) to another catalog item (a separate catalog item) but it does not trigger the workflow for that RITM. I have tried using the workflow API to manually trigger the workflow, and when I go to the Workflow Context that runs as a result, the Related Record does not reference the RITM that was created in my script action, but rather references the workflow name. In each RITM that is created, I also do not see the ‘Workflow Context’ nor do I see the workflow referenced in the ‘Context’ field. I greatly appreciate any insight to what may be going wrong.
