Hi Team,
I have reuirement where i have to trigger one sctask which will assigned to HR Team and after close complete this task i have to trigger one more task which will be assigned to Tech team but the problem is we have single catalog item which is tagged to both Tech and HR Catalog and we have exisiting setup which doesn't allow Tech team to access the HR Ritm and catalog tasks. So within the same RITM, we cannot create a catalog task for Tech team .
So i have one solution After the HR team closes their catalog task a new tech request should be logged copying the details from HR name change request. Catalog task of Tech Ritm should be assigned to Team team
We are using one flow attached to this catalog item and whole logic i want to implement in this flow itself i am attaching snippet of flow
I need to implement this requirement today .Could anyone please tell me how to do that
