Catalog Item shows error "Order empty"

Hi Everyone,

I am facing some problems in my end in Service Catalog. I have attached one workflow in catalog item and when I click on Order Now it displays an error as "Order Empty". It should redirect to the page displaying Req Number as well as RITM number. But it displayed the error as per below screenshot.

Can anyone let me know how to fix this error message.

It seems that you are using the "Try it" button, are you not?

Perhaps, try to test it directly from Portal or verify that your client scripts are populated with the UI Type: ALL, if it is Desktop only, the Try it button is hallucinating here and there...

PS: yellow is not an error, but warning message
