Catalog Items not visible on Service Portal

Hello Folks,
In our instance, users are able see catalog items in ESC but not on Service Portal, on SP users can see categories but when click on category no catalog items are visible, and there are no user criteria that is restricting, if there is such.. users will not be able to see catalog items on ESC too, but this issue is only in SP.
What could be the possible cause? how to fix it?
Any help is appreciated.

Hi @Rocky5 ,
1) Make sure Visible Everywhere checkbox in catalog item is set to true.
2)Maintain Items(sc_cat_item.list), personalize your list view to show the "Hide on Service Portal" field. Check if that is set to false for your item.
3)Open catalog item in the back end and see what is it showing in categories related list and can you verify if you can see your category associated in the related list.

Hi @Rocky5 ,
when you create the catalogue item , them open list view you can see the activate and deactivate button just select you catalogue item as click on the Active.
aslo make sure that
your catalogue item is activated
open your service portal record and in "catalogue" related list which catalogue its allowed for you portal

Hi @Rocky5
there are several different possibilities:
- us there user criteria available for / not available for?
- is the item active
- Is there a service offering associated with the item with subscribers
- is the category active?
