Catalog onChange() Client Script not working

Hello,

I have a catalog onChange() client script which should fill the short description field  according to description field contents accordingly. This concerns record producer for Service Portal - Create Incident.

This just doesn't work, no idea why, can anyone please advise?

Hi 

Please change UI type in your client script from Desktop to All.

Hi Milan,

set UI type as All and also use toString() before doing the length check

g_form.getValue('description').toString().length
