Catalog visible to some departments

Hello developers, I need some suggestions where my catalog should be visible for certain departments. I need access to 2 users from this department. Is there any other way to do this other than oob functioanlity in related link 'Available'. Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @servicenow14710 You can create a User Criteria for catalog item and add this User criterie under Available For related list on a catalog which you want to restrict.

If you are using Vancour version in ServiceNow you can select particular user to visible the Service Catalog. You can follow the Steps attached in the screenshot.

In catalog Item there is a related list and there is a option where you can select "Available for user" or "Available for group" in that you can select your user or group who can see that catalog and the items.
