Catelog horizontal navigation in the body

Is there a widget to present my catelog in the body of the page vertically and opening horizontally on havor for each level and the last level on click?

Something similar to this

Your question is not clear. Do you want such section wise collapse/open functionality in a catalog item form?

If yes, unfortunately that is not possible OOB.

To clarify, I'm looking for such a list to browse the catelog itself. It would be as a section in the employee center, not a catelog form.

Looks like no such OOB page or widget.

You might need to build a new one.
