Catlog Variable set issue

Hi All,
I created one reference variable. it is working fine for service CatLog but if i using ESC portal to raise request that variable is coming but values are not populating . Can anyone help me on this?

if you are saying for reference variable non-admin is unable to see data in portal

then you need to create query_range ACL on that table with this and it will start working and showing data for non-admins

I recently shared solution for something similar

Catalog Item Reference Variable to Custom Table 

you need to create query_range ACL with Table.*
