Catlog Variable set issue

Hi All,
I created one reference variable. it is working fine for service CatLog but if i using ESC portal to raise request that variable is coming but values are not populating . Can anyone help me on this?

I also tried the same using user table reference on ESC portal and it is working fine,

I will recommend to check the variable configurations such as reference table and also neccessary fields, if possible share the ss of variable config..

Hello @DipaliK85686906 , Actually above you have mentioned that you created one reference variable but here it seems to be type - Select Box,

so I think bcz of this the values are not getting populated

I need only env name field.  I tried with reference method then it's displaying all fields.  same select box method is working for another CatLog.  and that CatLog is using same variable set.
