Change approval policy

Hi Team,

We are generating multiple approval's in one state via Change Approval policy but all approvals are getting triggered parallelly but we need approval to be triggered sequential? Any one achieved this via Change Approval policy.

NOTE: We want to achieve this via Change Approval policy not by modifying OOTB change Workflow.

If any one has idea please share
