change form loading issue

In UAT environment, After enter the data into Change form in change request while submitting its keep loading not able to go back or its not stopping. if we close the tab and then open the uat instance its not opening it's a blank page nothing is showing can you please help on this?

Is it with one user or multiple? Also, try cache.do. Change itself is a heavy form and takes time to load, so need to check what queries/scripts running on this.

Is this happening for all user or specific one?

Did you inform that user to logout and login again and see?

This is for all users even after log out and login also not working
