Change getting Wrong approval

Hi All ,

 

We have encounter very strange behavior. we have design the worflow for Normal change such way that it will take addition approval from affected Ci and it is working fine till test environment but it fail on prod .

 

we have same data on all instance .

 

any solution or troubleshooting guide on it .

How do you expect us to help with only this information? 

We can't see into your instance, so we don't know what you did in your workflow. We have no access to your data and we don't know how you are testing it (on existing or new change).
