Once change request state is updating manually from review state to closed state, it was updating as closed state but immediately after few seconds state is changing from closed state  to 7 like below, how to find this

The possible places to look into is the related workflow and async business rules

The prime reason can be workflow / flow or any script in background. Please have look on same and also check the response clock at bottom right to get the script name.
