Change Model Visibilty

I have 2 Change Groups, Change Group A and Change Group B, I also have 2 Change Models, Normal A and Normal B.  Both Models are available on the Create New Change Landing Page.   When Members of the Change Groups go to Create New, I want them to see only see their relevant model and not both of them.

I made each Change Model available to the relevant Group but this is not working.  I did try removing the Roles and also adding the opposite group to Not Available for.

Any help appreciated.

Hi @Jeannette2 , 

You can set readyOnly true on model field, as this field is filled by model selection. Dont let user to edit once they created new CHG via model selection.

Hi, it's not the form that I need it for.  That is already Read Only.  It's on the Landing Page for Create New as per attached image.

seems like you need two separate landing page

did you try with separate landing page with applied role.

Please share the criteria for same, aslo just try the same criteria on Catalog item once, just to see is all good with criteria ort not.
