Change Record link portal from sp to esc on Record Link Virtual Agent

Hi ,

 

I need to change the Portal suffix in Record link on the virtual agent Popup content. I tried changing in sn_itsm_va_lite.com.snc.itsm.virtualagent.portal_url,but there it still redirects to sp portal
