Change redirect link to new SOW in reports/dashboard

Hi everybody, 

Is it possible to change the linked formlink (INCXXXXX)? When I click on it, the incident opens in the old UI. I want to change the redirect to open the incident in the Service Operations Workspace.

No, unless you put the redirect hardcoded into your report, because then you can send them where ever you want them to end up. This is a huge oversight and ServiceNow says it has to do with the simple list component that is currently being used in the workspaces. 

They are working on a different version that should enable linking to it from reports and dashboards and the goal was to have it ready with Zurich. But I haven't heard much about it lately.

The only way to be sure is to put the reports on the landing page of your workspace. Then you stay within the workspace.

I believe this behavior is by design and cannot be changed. I came across a similar question before, and no solution was provided. You may want to log an official support case for this issue.
