Change reference popup list view

Hi,

I have requirements related to changing the reference list popup's view. Can I set default views which are created by me for specific table ? For example, table "A" which contains a field reference to the table that I want to set default list view will trigger the list view "ABC", table "B" will do the same logic but triggers view "ABCD".

@jaheerhattiwale , I just changed the List layout from 3 dots again but it still doesn't work the Reference list popup still shows view "Reference List" as default view for lookup list.

Hi @Karan Chhabra6, thanks for the suggestion I just did a quick change based on your KB you provided but it seems to be affected on all fields which reference to my target table. What I want is two difference tables has reference to the table I desire showing different list views not set global like this.

@sieusaopolo15 then from 3 dots, configure list layout and add the fields you want in slush bucket to right side and save.

Hi @jaheerhattiwale, I just recorded the list layout change from 3 dots of yours Video Record . Can you tell me what does I do something wrong in my config for list layout in Reference list popup ? Note that, I request an ServiceNow's instance for this matter.
