Hi All,

The requirement is to create a change request via Flow designer action.

But, when I created a change via action, it has created with Read only Fields.

How can I remove Read only functionality and make fields editable using flow designer action?

Hi @Rakshanda Kunte,

Flow designer is not responsible for the read only fields. You will have to look at your write ACLs or UI Policies.

Help others to find a correct solution by marking the appropriate response as accepted solution and helpful.

Hi Rakshanda,

I think the change you have created using the flow is a Standard change that is the reason why most of the fields would be read only. Check the change type by opening the change record to confirm. If that is not the case then check the ACLs that are applied to the Change request table. But if you're able to edit other change request forms then ACLs can't be an issue.

Yes, it is not Normal change and type different (e.g., Demo1).
