Hi Guys, 

 

I have received the requirement where if the Category - Lattice Systems

 

* Subcategory 

  Reporting.

* Item

  ServiceNow.

* Assignment Group -

 Dev-ServiceNow.

* Assigned to

  is user Gorge Pinkel.

 

 

then two approvals will be sent -for Change Request setup 

 

one approval to

IS approval to user Abraham Lincon.

BPO approval to user jane wolf.

 

 working on it for the first time how shall I proceed please guide.

You can easily achieve this requirement using Flow designer OR workflow.
