Change Request Stuck in "Waiting for Approval"/ Authorize State

After approval (only one member of a group is required for approval), the workflow for my Change Request is marked "Approved" and the state moves to "Scheduled".  However, the state is remaining in Authorize, suggesting additional approvals are needed.  There are none required, at this point in the process flow.

Can you look into Set Values "Move to Scheduled" activity?

please post screen shot of the values you set in that activity

this should have moved the CR to Scheduled 

you refreshed/re-loaded the record, correct?

also can you find active Workflow context for this record and click Nudge. then check the record

even i have similar issue, change stuck in authorise and in workflow wait for condition - says state is= -1
