Change Request.

Hi, i'm integrating ServiceNow to my patch Management tool, here i'm making use of the Change Request type of ticket for every patching activity. My doubt is many organizations will have their own custom template of Change Request, but i'm using the "Normal" type model is also "Normal". Now since they're using custom template will there be an issue if i'm trying to use "Normal" type of change request. Will i have the option to use "Normal" change request or nor?

No there is no harm, but I will say use the change model concept and define an approval process for patch only & keep type as Normal only.
