Change Risk Assessment is not setting impact

Hello,

I am trying to set Change Request Impact field from Risk Conditions but is not working.   I simply want if Risk is High, Impact is High and so on to low.  Any assistance is appreciated.

Hi @purdue 

I think you're mistaken. The risk and impact are ultimately determined by the combination of risk conditions and risk assessments. You can't just pass the threshold and update the impact.

As I said, mate, based on the risk calculation, the impact will be set. So, the risk will be calculated based on the Risk Assessment questions + risk conditions, and then, as per the risk conditions, the impact will be set. Please try this in PDI without making any changes.

Can you please provide an example of the risk conditions to set impact if Risk Assessment is being used.   I am not getting what needs to be done.
