Hello,
I don't think risk conditions is working at all. I have tried multiple things but is not working. All our OOTB risk condition records are deactivated. We are modifying the way this used to work. Before we had a business rule and script include to calculate impact as it was based upon one field however this field is no longer active so I need to calculate impact based upon risk calculated. Any ideas on how to do this?

Hi @purdue
Buddy, as far as I know and based on what I’ve studied, a risk is calculated based on risk conditions and assessments. In your case, you deactivated the risk condition, which is the single source used to populate the impact, and you also modified the OOTB script. I believe that’s why it’s not working.
I can suggest two things:
-
If you have access to Now Learning, check the ITSM training and look for the change module where you’ll find the risk-related part.
-
Alternatively, log a new support case and see if the team can assist.
