Change Task Plan end date notification to Assigned person | ServiceNow

Hi All,

I would like to set up a scheduled report in ServiceNow that sends notification emails to the assignee for Change Tasks that have exceeded their planned end date and are still marked as open not closed. This scheduled report should be organized by division and run on a weekly basis. Could anyone please assist me in creating this script?

 

for example take division as Mark

Want report for like below change task-

 

CHG0193006                                                  Change Task            State
their validation or implementation task is CTASK1092142    Open/In progress
Change plan End date is 11/13/24 00:00
but Ctask is still open even cross its Change plan end date.
