Hi!
I would like to change the behavior of the search box that appears in the Next Experience UI so that, if I enter the number of a case present in the case table, users who are part of a certain group can view that case directly in the appropriate workspace.
I tried searching the documentation, but couldn't find any helpful resources.
Can you give me some advice?

The Next Experience has different global search configurations comparing to core UI, make sure you follow the following documentation to add the table that you are looking for. so that, it is visible when you search for it.
You need to work with teh conditions !!

Thanks for the link, but I can't figure out how to redirect from the search box directly to a workspace still.
