Change Variable name in the "Options Section" on Service Portal for a record producer

How to be able to change a Variable name say "Requested for" to "Requested to" in the Options Section on the Service Portal.

Appreciate any comments on this. Thanks In Advance!

Note: If your requirement is to change the "label" users see, you are looking to change the Question, not the Name.

Thank you for your response. Although I meant this area that's on the Service Portal side. Changing the Variable label didn't help.
