Few pages for eg when agent workspace is opened, the browser tab displays servicenow icon. We want to change it  to our company icon.

When I navigate to  form SystemProperties>system, The property "Icon image displayed in bookmarks and browser address bar:" contains  - ourlogoname.ico. so when the prperty is set to show company log whya s it displaying serviceNow logo.

Hello @CV1

I see the opened tab is workspace tab.

even though you set the favicon, it may not reflect for custom Workspace.

Try setting the logo from sys_ux_theme

refer the below support doc which explains the step by step process.
