Changing Risk and Impact background color in change form

Hello Everyone,
I have implemented a Risk Assessment tab in change form before planning tab, risk assessment tab have 8 questions with 3 choices each and every options have scores which gets calculated and populate risk and impact field according to high, moderate and low which is working fine.
but i also want to implement background color change when the risk or impact is high color should be red, when it is moderate it should be yellow and when it is low it should be green.
risk and impact field is read-only.
please help me implement.

You can use the OOTB Field style for this.
There are few OOTB available, just create new and add the conditions.

There is OOB field style that you can use here to achive your desired results.
