Changing the table for 'Preapproved' (Standard Change Templates) in Create New Change homepage

Hi, 
I would like to change the path for the 'Preapproved' tab in Create New Change landing page, because right now we don't use the OOTB Standard Change Templates table - we have the custom one for Standard Change Templates, so the Preapproved tab is missing.
