Changing the way attachments are being displayed

Hi all,

I'm looking for a way to change the way how the attachments are displayd on the incidents.
If i'm working in an incident, i see the attachements, at the top of my incident form.
The attachments are display from the left to the right, sorted bij date of upload.
The 1st upload is always displayed 1st (most left).

When there are a lot of attachments, the most recent attachements "fall off" the form,
because of limited space on the screen.

Is there a way to change these display settings, maybe put the latest added attachment 1st?

Also can I customize the "manage attachments" screen? (the screen that appears if i click the manage attachments link on a incident form)?
For some of out incidents we could use a "date of upload" row in this screen.
I have looked through many formas and views in our incstance, but i can't find where i can customize this screen

I have manged to make a list view of the attachment table, which makes this information visible on the bottom of the incident screen,
but then i still nee to scroll all the way down in the form.
Therfore I thought of the customizations i described above.

Does anyone know how to make attachments show on more than one line? Our Programming group adds several attachments to tickets. After the ticket is closed, they can't see all of the attachments.

We do not want to give the ability to modify attachments after the incident or request is closed, just view all of the attachments.


All you need to do is add the Attachments field to your incident form. See screenshots.
