Chats Automatically goes to Closed Abandoned

Hi,

Please help in figuring out why the chat interaction's state changes to CLOSED ABANDONED without routing to anyone, when asked to connect to live agent.

This is not the case with every interaction that follows this path. Only a few where closed abandoned. I am not able to understand why ?

Did you find the root cause for this issue, we are also facing the same problem with agent chat.

Did you find the fix for this, we are also facing the same issue for 2-3 users when they accept the live chat, it auto-closes.
