Check list feature in Agent workspace

In backend view  checklist feature is available.

But in the  workspace how we can achieve this.

Post vancouver, I think Configurable workspaces allows you to customize the Workspace layout and adding checklists.

You can also utilize UI Macros to create custom UI elements, including checklists, for the Workspace.

Unfortunately the post linked is fairly outdated as the solution was shared before Vancouver and UI Builder went through a significant change. Would you happen to know if there's an updated solution?
