Check the Difference between Catalog Variable Date field and Current Date in ServiceNow Flow Designe

Hi There,

I have one variable on catalog item called "date_of_joining" and I have to check in the flow designer that if "date_of_joining" and current date difference is > 10 days or not and based on that trigger a task at each branch.

Please let me know how this can be achieved.
