choice fields updating when I make changes on Section through the Form designer

Hi All,

Can you please help me on below Query

We have started working on the Washington DC version to make some changes to the incident form sections using the Form Designer. However, these changes are causing our custom translations to reset.

Please explain what you are doing and what is happening (or what your question is). I assume you mean form 'sections' and not sessions. 

And is your question about the choice fields updating when you make changes through the designer, or is there an issue that isn't clear from your question? The choices will be added, if that's the question.

Yes, choice fields updating when I make changes on Section through the Form designer.

As I already mentioned: the updates on the choices will be updated.

2k choice records updated with Value=Lable, when I rename/delete/create the sections on incident form. Generally, it's not happening when i use the Form builder to perform the operation.

ex: Modified on impact section on incident table using Form designer.
