Choices are not displaying as per the sequence given but displaying as per alphabetical order

In the choice field, I have an option "Others" This should always show at the bottom.
I added the sequence but it is not working as expected

you should give Others the highest sequence number

what type of variable/field is that?

I have given the sequence as 400 but it does not work. It still shows as per the alphabetic order.

Subcategory is a reference field on the sys_choice table.
