CI Class management cannot be opened in Japanese

CI Class management cannot be opened properly in Japanese，But it can be opened in English。

i set [glide.ui.escape_text]to TRUE,But it doesn't solve the problem.

The Tokyo version will have this issue, but Vancouver does not have this issue
