CI field mandatory without wanting it

Hello Guys,

my problem is that an field of an CI is mandatory without me wanting it to be. The weird thing is that it only is mandatory when it is ordered and you open the requested item.

 

Here you can see the field contract of the CI Request a Report with the mandatory turned off:

Here the CI is open in the Service Portal and the contract field is not mandatory, as it should be:

Now here the contract field is mandatory and I dont have any idea how it could be mandatory:

I already tried turning the mandatory field for contract on and off and deleted it and created it new, didn't work.

Does someone have an idea that I can try or had the same bug and already has the solution?
