CIO Dashbaord configuration

Is there any video to understand how to configure CIO Dashboard. I got official document but its not sufficient to configure it. I am unable to add indicator into circle marked position.

Similarly, there isn't much information available on fully configuring the CEO Dashboard. It consists of three layers, but I can only get two to function properly. I don't understand how clicking the bubble chart allows navigation to the third tier of the dashboard.
