CIS-ITSM Exam Questions Changing

Hi all,

I'm currently undertaking the Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management course in the hope of taking the exam in few days.

But... I have recently been told that with the release of Vancouver, the CIS-ITSM questions may change based on this release whereas currently my training material and course instance is Tokyo.

Can anyone advise if this is likely to happen, ie, my training and knowledge is all based on Tokyo but the exam changes to be aimed at possible updates in the Vancouver release?

Hi @chiranjeevi Kup ,

don't worry. Many of the questions is basics and not according to some new little feature. Just keep studying as you do and keep up the good work - sure you will pass the exam 🙂

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.

best regards

Anders

During my CIS-ITSM certification exam preparation, I used Valid Practice Material for study materials so I bought my guide from there and passed successfully

Hi, this is a common concern. Generally, ServiceNow CIS exams don’t change immediately with a new release. The CIS-ITSM exam is usually version-agnostic and focuses on core ITSM concepts, processes, and standard configurations, not on brand-new release features.

Hi @chiranjeevi Kup ,

The training Material what you have is fine, just go through the Release notes for Utah and Vancouver for ITSM before appearing for the exam.
