client script not getting triggered

Requirement: VIP caller log incident then set priority to critical.
yesterday implemented the script worked fine but today any script not getting triggered.
Today when i am trying to log incident caller as VIP then vip logo "not" observed on form also impact remains 3 urgency remains 3 and priority remains 5, field remains unchanged for VIP caller
could you please help me out?

yes, test user still VIP. i can see icon on incident list for test user. however this icon not observed when i opened incident logged by test user.
on incident form confirmed that VIP is checked by clicking 'preview this record' icon next to caller field.

@sagarbharat and is it really the same user? isn't it possible that there are two users with the same name (test user) where one is VIp and other isn't?
