Close button on ticket page in the actions section in esc portal

Hi All, 

I have a requirement to hide the "Close" button on the esc portal for major incidents for any user that does not have the major incident manager role or itil role. 

I've attached the page to this post. 

Anyone know how to do this?

Hi @Michael_Martin , thanks so much for your help. 

I've cloned the page and added the new page as the "action widget". Problem I have now is that when I go into the portal, it is not showing the actions drop down at all for any of the options?

Hi. Go to All > Standard Ticket Configuration
there you'll find an entry for the table 'incident' .. open this one and select your new action widget.
