Can anyone help explain why some closed cases in ServiceNow show the "Closed By" field as blank (empty) instead of displaying the name of the agent who closed the case?
This may be a data inconsistency issue caused by a script. The best way to check is to look at the audit history. When was the case closed? Were any other actions performed after the closure?
