CMDB data management task approvals always generated to admin

CMDB data management tasks approvals are always generated to admins. As per the documentation, https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-servicenow-platform/page/product/configuration-managemen... approvals are generated to admins if Managed by Group field is empty in a CI.

 

Please let me know how can I re-route the admin approval to group.

Populate the Manage by Group attribute of CIs that you plan to target in policies. You can use the CI Class Manager to populate that attribute for an entire class, in a single synchronization operation. See Synchronize data using CI Class Manager.
