cmdb read role

Hi Team ,

 

Can anyone please help which role we need to give cmdb read  only .

 

Request is : Require read access to CMDB in ServiceNow .

@nameisnani , FYI I have just provided reference on my above screenshot so you can change the Role as per your instance

 

Now coming to Test

1. Ensure your test profile doesn’t have the ACL role ex sn_change and navigate to cmdb_ci and verify what’s happening he will not have access to update the records

 

2. Give the role to test profile and check if now test profile can make changes and update records
