Co-relation feature didn't work for a CI.

Hi,

I got an incident ticket with this short-description, "Co-relation feature didn't work on LVN-WAN-XXXXX ".

LVN-WAN-XXXXX is a CI for a particular company.

What should I check for this, show that I can come with some conclusion.

Please suggest.

Check the CI , is there any co-relation field there or check the description of this incident.
