Hi Community, we are unable to process the order guide through the category, but we can see the order guide processing through the global search can someone please help us to overcome that how we can able to process through the category. Below are some screen shots that we have taken for reference.
This is the category we are using to process
When we open the category and tries to process the order we are unable to. if we can observe the table backend value it was taking the reference from the sc_cat_item
If we test by using global search as shown below
if we see the sys id of the below one when we search using global search then it was redirecting to the sc_cat_item_guide then now we can able to process the order guide but we need here to process through the category as well please help us on this
Below that we have added the items under the order guide

Hello @rajeshKongamudi ,
Please check below 2 points:
1. In the list view check the hide and visible column values (hide = false and visible = true for all those columns):
2. Check the 2nd category present in the categories related tab in order guide record(check in your last ss) and remove unwanted category.
