Hi Experts,
Recently we have Integrated Azure AD to Servicenow for our new customer, Initially it pulled all the users from AZAD to Servicenow (transition not yet done).
Today I have deleted the company name (XYZ) in Servicenow Prod, Inorder to match with the same sys_id from Dev and Test. Its been more than 3 hours still the company field looks empty for 4000 new users in servicenow, Azure AD sync time looks recent.
I have manually added the company field for one user and tried to test the SSO, it throws the below error message. Earlier the SSO was working fine, after the company deletion it doesnt seem working. Any guidance would be really appreciated.
Thanks,
Rini

Hello,
Were you importing the Company record from one of the lower environments into your Prod environment? I don't see where you've said you've done that part yet, maybe I missed it or it was implied.

Hi Allen,
Initially I manually created company record in prod, so deleted that record and imported from test instance.
Thanks,
Rini

Hi,
Great 🙂
I figured it would just need time to sync if you've already done what I mentioned above. That should have been all that was needed.
