HI,
I have sc_req_item table , From there need to access the variable(ServiceNow Instance, Action Required, Environment) in the reports

Select the catalog item and then variable
Add variables on List

Hi @Saib1 ,
Go to choose columns from left side of the screen n scroll at the bottom u will se variables field. Select that once u select variables field u will get an option to select the catalog item. Select the catalog item which contains those variables.
As soon as u select the catalog items it will display all the variables which are present under that item
Select the ones which u require n move it to the right side of the bucket n save it. Run the report again u will be able to see the columns. Remember to save it at last.
