Configuration Item reference Qualifier on C

Hi,

I applying reference qualifier on change requests 'configuration item' field for displaying only if life cycle stage is operational or life cycle state is 'in use'.

Anyone can please assist me to achieve this?

You want only this on change or all modules, bcz CI field is referenced from task. If you want only for change, then use dictionary override.
